There is Harmony on the Farm

When a gorgeous rooster starts to posture, crow at everyone and everything and fight with other roosters, the harmony of the farm is disturbed.

When machinery breaks right after it's been greased and inspected, the harmony of the farm is disturbed.

When the Boxelder and Asian Beetles pour into the farmhouses in the fall, the harmony of the farm is disturbed.

Today, I am happy to say, the beetle bugs are more content outside than in. The gardens are getting prepped and planted, the animals are copacetic, and we are sleeping well with all the muscle movement we get during these warming days. Not to mention, we saw our first hummingbird today!

When there is harmony on the farm, energy is lifted and lighter, and joy abounds.

I know everyone is happy and in awe of the greening, warming temperatures and longer days. This is the magic formula that brings customers to the farm, and we are so grateful!

We've been having great fun coming up with some new products and ramping up production of our standbys. The freezers are full of all sorts of creative cookies, we have a dozen or so eggs a day, there are bags of sunflower seeds to fill your songbird feeders, and yes, we have sunflower oil pressed.

Perhaps you are gardening and need some STRAW for mulch? We sell small squares for $5 each. There is a shed right next to the store for easy grab-n-go bales. Let us know if you need more than 10 bales.

There is much to see on the farm this time of year as William begins field work.

PLEASE remember to park NOSE in next to the big red barn. Machinery will need the driveways, so please make sure to keep them open when you visit.
